Jake and Meghan are dear friends of my husband and I. Meghan asked me to be their wedding photographer around the same time that we found out we were pregnant with our first kiddo. I figured, “ya sure. I’m due August 9th. A September 14th wedding should be no problem.” Lol

Well, I did it. Was I exhausted yes. Do I regret doing it, not one bit. Their wedding day was so perfect and so special. It was completely them. They were married in the backyard at Meghan’s parents home. The tent was set up with multiple giraffe decorations. They had fun balloons in the pool. It was just ideal and so relaxed.

We headed into the town of Zionsville for their bridal party photos. Of course they had to split off and take shots at Meghan’s past place of employment The Salty Cowboy and her brother’s place of employment Noah Grant’s. The bus ride back to their venue was a hoot. The ceremony was short and sweet and then it was party time. Their day was truly them. Jake and Meghan, I am so happy for you both!
